Stat System
Every girl has 4 stats ranging from -30 to +30, divided into 7 tiers. Stats interact with each other — fear suppresses affection, lust erodes fear, and more.

Cross-Stat Interactions
Fear suppresses affection gains. Tier 1: -1 to gains. Tier 2: gains halved. Tier 3: gains blocked entirely + affection decays.
Every positive affection gain reduces fear by 1. High affection (tier 2+) also dampens fear gains by 1.
Every positive lust gain reduces fear by 1. Desire overrides caution.
Obedience gained when fear exceeds affection by 2+ tiers is tracked as "fragile" and decays over time.
At fear tier 3, positive lust gains are halved.
BROKEN State
Condition: Fear tier 3 + Affection tier -2 or lower
- •Obedience maxed out instantly
- •Lust frozen at 0
- •Affection locked to -20 to -30 range
- •State is permanent — cannot be reversed
Stat Decay Rules
obedience: Fear-based obedience decays 1 point per time period when fear exceeds affection by 2+ tiers
affection: At fear tier 3, affection decays 1 point per time period (down to -20)
lust: Lust naturally decays 1 point per time period (desire fades without attention)
Tier Unlock System
Each girl starts with only tier 0 unlocked for each stat. Stats are capped at the boundaries of unlocked tiers. New tiers are unlocked by story events and training milestones.
Karen starts with obedience tiers [-2, 0] unlocked, meaning her obedience can range from -20 to +5 until new tiers are unlocked through training events.
